NO. Customers do not have the facility but Plankaro verifies and block the venue for one or two hours on customer’s behalf. Final Booking is done once the advance payment is done by customer as instructed in the payment link sent to customer.

7. What are different payment modes accepted by Plankaro?

Plankaro has partnered and utilizes PAYU payment gateway, a leading payment gateway in India. Hence payments for bookings can be done using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net banking on one of the leading payment gateways in India. However on special occasions, a customer can pay using cash that will be collected by authorized Plankaro executive.

8. If a cancellation is done, will customer be refunded?

No refund is provided. Vendors need to bear the loss involved by not accepting any other orders on a particular date. Hence they do not entertain refunds. So, Plankaro will not be able to provide any refunds. If there are any specific vendors who refund, Plankaro will work with customers in getting the refund amount as provided by the vendor.

9. Do I need to register to book selected venue?

Yes, you need to sign up and signed in to book venues through Plankaro.com. This will enable us to communicate all the transaction details and provide you with appropriate offers for your needs.

10. Is Plankaro an event manager?

No. Plankaro is an event planner. But we have tied up with the best event managers who can organize grand celebrations at extra charges. Please contact us for any specific requirements.

11. How do I enrol in as a merchant or vendor in Plankaro.com?

Go to Plankaro.com and register yourself as a vendor while signing up. Or you can directly go to www.plankaro.com/vendor/vendorsignup/ and submit your information. Within few hours you will get a response call from Plankaro vendor management team. They will take you to enrolment process.
